Princess Sarvath University College is the only non-profit institution in Jordan at the intermediate university level. The college was established with the aim of providing education to young women from modest social and economic backgrounds, equipping them with the skills that enable them to join the workforce.
The founding of this college came in response to the recommendations of the Human Resources Development Seminar of 1976, which at the time considered that one of the main reasons for the weak participation of Jordanian women in the labor market was the lack of preparation and training opportunities available to them.
The college focuses on providing quality education that is relevant to local needs, enabling young women to take on the role they deserve in society.
